We're on a mission to transform reactive sick care into proactive whole person care

90% of our healthcare costs are due to a combination of chronic physical conditions and mental health issues. 75% of all healthcare costs are tied to the treatment of diseases that are lifestyle related.

Chronic disease, mental health issues, and lifestyle choices are inextricably intertwined and are independent risk factors for each other. This is the vicious cycle. But today, these are treated in silos. Every day, patients across the country traverse through a healthcare system that often feels fragmented. Patients, providers, employers, payers...all want and need something better.

That is where Nudj Health comes in. Focused on the whole person we bring an interdisciplinary care team to improve lifestyle choices and reduce the risk of physical conditions worsening. This is the virtuous cycle.

Our purpose is to not just increase the years in your life, but the life in your years.
